Jon is principally involved in the acquisition and disposal of both Residential and Commercial Investment and Development property throughout the UK and Ireland. Jon takes a lead role in providing strategic advice to banks and Insolvency Practitioners.

Jon has extensive experience of Fixed Charge Receivership work and acts on behalf of a number of the UK's biggest property lenders.
Jon is also a member of NARA, the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers in the UK.

Bill has extensive experience of both the Northern Ireland and wider UK marketplace and was a founding partner of Colliers International Belfast in 1993. Bill is primarily responsible for Investment & Development Consultancy, Sales & Acquisitions and Professional Services.

Bill heads up the Corporate Recovery Team and is responsible for the day to day management of the team.
Bill has undertaken a large number of Receivership appointments on behalf of major UK lenders.

Coming from a mainly valuation background, Andrew has been carrying out valuations for the major financial institutions in the UK and The Republic of Ireland for a number of years. In addition, Andrew also has experience in Agency work including the acquisition and disposal of both commercial and residential property assets.

Andrew has been part of the Colliers International Corporate Recovery Team since October 2009 and is principally involved in undertaking up to date valuations and disposals of property assets

Jonathan was a founding partner of Colliers International Belfast and has over 25 years experience within the UK and Irish Commercial Property Market.

Jonathan has overall responsibility for the agency and development departments within the Belfast office and is primarily involved in the retail market, advising retailers, developers, landlords and funders on development and redevelopment of high streets, shopping centres, retail parks and mixed-use development schemes.

Jonathan plays a key role within the team in relation to providing development and disposal advice as well as a valuation role.

Mark joined Colliers International in 2004 and has over 8 years experience in the Northern Ireland Property market. He is primarily involved in valuation work within the Professional Services Department.

Mark's current role involves undertaking valuations, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and rating appeals. Mark is involved in a wide range of property valuations, compulsory purchase orders, rating, rent reviews/lease renewals in all sectors of the commercial property market on behalf of a number of clients.

Mark is a key member of the FCR Team advising on current valuations and providing strategic property advice.
